Polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent production glass lined reactor
1.Polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is widely used by the majority of concrete mixing plants in China,due to its high water reduction rate, low dosage, and pollution-free production process. There is a trend to replace naphthalene-based water-reducing agents in China.
2.The production of polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent requires a reactor, which can be a glass lined reactor or a stainless steel reactor. The investment cost of the glass lined reactor is lower.
3.Our company can provide the following production technologies: polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent mother liquor production technology (two mother liquors of high water-reducing type and retarding type) and the use of mother liquor to compound retarding water-reducing agent, early strength water-reducing agent, antifreeze and other production technology and equipment.
4.Production technology introduction of Polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent :
1)This technology adopts fully enclosed production to achieve zero emissions of three wastes;
2)the elimination of boiler settings in traditional technology greatly reduces equipment investment and energy consumption, and the investment is only 30% of traditional technology;
3) fully automated control production is adopted, which greatly reduces manpower consumption ;
4)the computer precisely controls and the product has high stability;
5) compared with similar water-reducing agent products, it has superior performance and has reached the international advanced level.
5.Glass lined reactor is an excellent corrosion-resistant equipment, with the double advantages of glass stability and metal strength. It is mainly divided into two types: K type (also named open type,or separated type) and F type (also named closed type).
The open type glass lined reactor is the separation of the cylinder body and top cover. The middle is connected with a cushion and lots of clips. The K type glass lined reactor volume is generally between 50L and 12500L (including 12500L).
